This group was created for special needs children aged 6 and under, developmentally delayed and their parents and siblings, to play together and socialize. The idea is that so many of our children need extra work and attention. PDX Sign Baby is a community of parents/care-givers who are interested in signing with their children (ages 0 to 4 years). We hold class/playgroup Thursdays at 12:00.
